- 2. Minimum Order Requirement: The company may set minimum purchase requirements or annual sales targets based on dealer/distributor category.
- 3. Pricing & Discounts: Prices, discounts, and promotional schemes are subject to change without prior notice and as per company policy.
- 4. Territory Rights: Dealership or distributorship does not grant exclusive territorial rights unless stated in a written agreement.
- 5. Payment Terms: All payments must be made through approved banking channels. Credit terms, if any, are provided at the company’s discretion.
- 6. Brand Representation: The dealer/distributor must use Vito Pipes branding, logos, and promotional material in an appropriate and approved manner.
- 7. Approval: Vito Pipes Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject the request. Our team will be in contact with you.
